Daily Vibranium: BeYOUtiful

Once you accept who you are, you will be able to define beauty. Beauty goes far beyond just the physical, it is a combination of qualities. By definition, beauty is described as something that is aesthetically pleasing to the senses. However, true beauty is reflected in ones soul, long after physical beauty has faded. True beauty is simply...timeless.

So, instead of further mislabeling, or failing to truly explicate, lets just agree that beauty is indefinable. There is beauty in just about everything and once you realize this, its definition will begin to have new meaning throughout your life. Beauty can be found in pleasure, culture, nature, tragedy etc. Physical beauty can be completely subjective, so its best that we move past this preconceived notion that beauty is strictly reserved for physical appearance alone. As humans we value, engage with and desire beauty. Beauty is thought to be any entity that is admired---something exceptional.

Having a great personality and nature can easily be considered " beauty". Beauty can also be achieved through attitude, happiness, humor, confidence, spirit or other attributes that have nothing to do with physical appearance. Interestingly enough, but not surprising a large percentage of people will automatically associate beauty with attractiveness--how someone looks. It is unfortunate that the internet and media have both hijacked the authentic definition of beauty.

Oh yeah, avoid resorting to using the phrase, " Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". This phrase has the power to silence the ideology of beauty. Beauty does not lie entirely in eye of the beholder, beauty is mere perception

Imagine if we lived in a world with no mirrors or internet, our idea of beauty would be way less tainted. The amount of beauty we could discover if this was reality is limited-less.
