Zani Nicole is a multi-faceted communication and media specialist from Washington, DC. At 29 the blossoming public health professional, business owner, media specialist and journalist has worked on-camera and behind the scenes with Prince Georges County- CTV and Howard University's WHUT-TV, which has sparked an unwavering fire in her to further pursue her passion.

Additionally, she obtained her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) to advance her professional goals in public health. She is also the Communications Liaison & Social Media Manager for the  @thedmvdaily, the #1 Source for DMV entertainment, news and media. She was also an event exhibitor for Howard's WHUT-TV. She served as the front line of communication for Monumental Sports & Entertainment. When she isn't working in one of these capacities or another, she is creating, editing and producing original video content.

Growing up in Washington, DC and Maryland, her mother and father kept her in choir, cheer leading, dance  and other normal school activities. Because of her parent’s faith, tough love and encouragement, Zani was able to truly believe that she could accomplish anything. In high school, she worked on the school's year book, student government association and graduation committee. She also did spots as an anchor on the morning show, which broadcasted during homeroom every morning. Her hopes remain very high and the sky is the limit.

Now, at 29, she certainly has a lot on her plate but she does it with confidence, ambition, intellect, and style. From her days as a production intern at CTV to this very day, her passion has been to defy odds and encourage other young women, like herself. As a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. she firmly believes that there is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women.

With a background in speaking, her next sights are set on entertainment reporting, and whatever else God ordains for her. As long as she is spreading positivity and combating  negativity with inspirational content and through moral story telling, Zani believes she is doing what she was called to do– And that’s ultimately, propel her career and to continue  walking in her truest purpose.
